Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please check your address and the listed items are correct.

Depending on the payment method chosen, all payment details will be included in the order confirmation.

In case of payment in advance (money transfer, PayPal), your items will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that all transaction fees have to be paid by the customer.

Orders from within Germany:

Orders within Germany are delivered by DHL Paket. Delivery by UPS is possible on request, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges that have to be paid by the customer will be noted on the order confirmation.

Orders from within the EU:

Orders within the EU (excluding Germany) are delivered by DHL Paket International or FedEx. Delivery by UPS is possible on request, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges that have to be paid by the customer will be noted on the order confirmation.

Orders from outside the EU ("world"):

Orders to all countries outside the EU ("world") are delivered by FedEx. Delivery by UPS or DHL Paket International is possible on request, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges that have to be paid by the customer will be noted on the order confirmation.

With the dispatch of your order you will receive the tracking ID via e-mail. The tracking ID allows for easy tracking of your parcel online.

Remark on the refund of VAT:

For orders from customers outside the EU, which are sent to a delivery/shipping address inside the EU, the respective valid VAT rate of the country to which the delivery is made is applied.

If the goods are then exported by the customer from the EU, a refund of the VAT paid is possible.

Because of the additional work and the extensive documentation requirements by the germans tax office, a service fee of EUR 85,- will be deducted from the refund.
