When you purchase an Astronomik filter, you are acquiring a high-quality product built with precision, robustness, and functionality. Our warranty
Astronomik offers a 10-year worldwide warranty starting from the date of purchase from us or an authorized dealer. This warranty covers:
- Material and manufacturing defects: We will cover the cost of parts and labour for the entire warranty period. We may, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.
- Usual wear and tear exclusion: Components subject to natural wear, like containers, padding, or reinforcements, are excluded from the warranty.
- Improper use and unauthorized repairs: Damage caused by improper handling or attempts to repair the product by unauthorized services voids the warranty.
- Product range changes: If a product is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent model.
- Statutory warranty rights: Our warranty does not limit your statutory rights.
Warranty conditions
To claim your warranty:
- Proof of purchase: Present the original invoice from us or an authorised Astronomik dealer showing the date of purchase and price.
- Contact us first: Before sending any item, contact us to arrange the further procedure. Shipments sent without prior coordination or unpaid shipping cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping: For valid warranty repairs, return shipping is free and insured with a carrier of our choice. For out-of-warranty repairs, shipping charges will apply. For international returns, customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
