Custom made filters with special sizes

If your application requires filters in special sizes or shapes, we can produce custom filters for your equipment requirements upon request - whether you need a single filter or a larger batch.

Technical specifications

• Thickness: Standard thickness is 1.1mm. Custom thicknesses are only possible for larger quantities.

• Shapes: Circular filters are straightforward to produce, but we can also manufacture square, rectangular, hexagonal, or other complex shapes.

• Sizes:

          Minimum diameter: 20mm
          Maximum diameter: Varies by filter type (see below).

• Tolerance: The filters are cut to the requested diameter with a tolerance of +0.0mm / -0.2mm.

Custom transmission curves

• For large quantities, we can produce filters with custom transmission curves. To ensure attractive pricing, we recommend ordering around 50 filters with a 50mm diameter or an equivalent surface area of 0.2m².
