After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your address and the listed items are correct.
Depending on the payment method chosen, all payment details will be included in the order confirmation.

In case of payment in advance (money transfer, PayPal), your items will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. Please note that all transaction fees have to be paid by the customer.

Orders from within Germany:

Your orders within Germany are usually delivered by Deutsche Post (DHL Paket National). Delivery by PostExpress, UPS or FedEx is possible on request, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges that have to be paid by the customer will be noted on the order confirmation.

Orders from within the EU:

Your orders within the EU (excluding Germany) are usually delivered by Deutsche Post   (DHL Paket International or Deutsche Post Registered Letter – depending on our choice). Delivery by PostExpress, UPS or FedEx is possible on request, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges that have to be paid by the customer will be noted on the order confirmation.

Orders from outside the EU ("world"):

Orders to all countries outside the EU ("world") are usually delivered by Deutsche Post (DHL Paket International or Deutsche Post Registered Letter – depending on our choice). Delivery by PostExpress, UPS or FedEx is possible on request, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges that have to be paid by the customer will be noted on the order confirmation.

We will be happy provide the tracking ID on request. The tracking ID allows for easy tracking of your parcel online.
