How to order
1. Shopping chart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to cart" button on the product detail page. Continue searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access and change the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "My cart" button: On the My cart page, you may change the number of items ordered or remove an item from your cart. When you are ready to place an order, click on "Proceed to checkout".
2. Checkout
If you already have a customer account, log in with your email address and password. If you don't have an account, you may want to create one first. It is also possible to place an order without creating an account ("login as guest"). The information you give us is stored on our servers. None of it will be shared with third parties unless there is legal obligation to do so. Your personal information is protected according to the German data protection law. Please see our Privacy Notice for further details. Click on "Proceed".
3. Check the billing address and select payment method
On the next screen, please check your billing address for correctness. Select your preferred payment method. Customers who choose PayPal, please note: You will NOT be redirected to the PayPal website. Please follow the payment instructions that are contained within the second confirmation email (see below). Click on "Proceed".
4. Check the shipping address and select shipping method
At this point, please check your shipping address for correctness (if different from your billing address). Select your preferred shipping method. Click on "Proceed".
5. Summary, Business Terms and Return Policy
The next page shows a detailed summary of your order with every item you selected, your billing address, your shipping address, and other relevant contact data. Please read our Business Terms and Return Policy carefully. You agree to our terms by ticking both boxes on the order form. When you are ready to place the order, click on "Place Order". You will receive a confirmation email shortly. In case you do not get a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. We will send you another email with full details of your order within two working days. Payment instructions will be part of this second email.
